Lavell’s Lake Viewing Point – 2 Chaffinch heading south east, 4 Redwing two heading north with two dropping in to the Car Park field, 8 Linnet heading south, Skylark heading south, 9 Meadow Pipit, 400+ Swallow steady passage of between 13 and 90 most heading south east (FJC)

Lavell’s Lake Viewing Point – 6 Meadow Pipit over the Landfill towards Lea Farm, Kingfisher flew past towards Bittern hide, Mistle Thrush called towards the Balancing pond (FJC)

Lea Farm Lake – 4 Pintail took off as I arrived heading west north west, 53 Teal, 28 Gadwall, 10 Shoveler, 4 Common Sandpiper, (FJC); Osprey took two dives for prey in front of Ron’s hide before drifting off towards Black Swan then returned drifting off north, 2 Kingfisher (John McGowan); 3 Snipe, 4 Green Sandpiper, Kingfisher, Sparrowhawk all seen from Renton’s screen (Michael Hubbard)
